You shouldn't be worried about your project, we should be. Therefore, we kept the process very simple!

Details of The Process
Step 1. Consultation
After you fill out the Consultation Form, we get in touch with you and just discuss what your goals, objectives and plans are. Every client has unique needs and demands and for us to perform at the highest level, we have to understand our clients and their mindset. A consultation session allows us to not only get to know each other but also understand what you are planning to achieve through this project, so we can all be on the same page for smoother and timely delivery of the final project and highest possible Return on Your Investment (ROI).
Step 2. Meet and Greet
After we understand your desires and your needs, we want to meet you. Face to face has always been the backbone of a successful relationship. Before Step 2 has been scheduled, we do a bit of homework, including a summary of what our input is on your goals, but also a summary analysis of any current websites, SEO and/or other relating material you might have provided us in Step 1, which will help us create a better and more professional proposal for you.
Step 3. The Proposal
Now and finally, after understanding what your needs are, we draft a proposal for your review and final blessings. The Proposal will include: Timelines, project details, special needs(if any), and detailed information about: Graphics, Copyrights, Policies and Terms of Use and other important documents and images you need to know about.
Important: Most Companies skip this step. They want your money NOW! We, on the other hand want to make sure that you are fully informed of all the details of the project and timelines, so you are assured the project is getting done and getting done in a timely fashion with all the details and notes you have provided us so far in Step 1 and Step 2.
Step 4. The Agreement
At this point, we will forward the agreement to you. The agreement will be the legal document which entails all aspects of the project. The agreement is the final step before we start work.
Step 5. Reporting and logs
All conversations via email, via phone, via text and/or via directly onto the conversation log will be recorded onto the "Conversation Log" for your viewing and input. After the agreement process has been completed, you will receive via email your login credentials, so you can view and communicate with us throughout the process of the project. Documentation is very important to us, so we don't miss any steps and you are fully aware of all the steps we take to complete your project.
Step 6. Assignment of Project Manager and start of the project
At this point, we are ready to GO!
We will assign your project to a Project Manager who is familiar with all aspects of your project, the way you want it done; this includes coding, SEO, graphics, legal and more. They will be in touch with you within 24 hours to start the project and process your requests and details of your project to your satisfaction.
We do NOT load any Project Managers with too many projects. The reasoning is simple; we want the project to finish in a timely fashion as it has been promised and detailed in Step 4 (The Agreement)
And that is what we call "Ducking in a Row"!
