We are under the assumption, that you have permission to print the artwork you provided us. 48 Hour Promo and all its affiliates have no liability towards any copyright and/or trademark violations brought forward by the customers.
Artwork Policy:
We will check all artwork before we start production. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you!
Production Policy:
All productions are due to be shipped out within 48 hours. Production begins when artwork has been finalized and approved and all monies have been paid.
Shipping Policy:
We ship all products nationally via Fed Ex within 48 hours of final approval and print.
Returns Policy:
If you have any issues with your products, contact us right away and we will take care of you.
Your satisfaction:
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction – your satisfaction is our priority.
Our terms do not apply for SEO, websites, databases and any computer jobs. Those jobs will all have agreements/contracts attached with their own terms.
