These Terms only apply to print material purchased directly on 48HourPromo.com and it is put in place for your protection and ours as well.

We are under the assumption, that you have permission to print the artwork you provided us. 48HourPromo.com and all its affiliates have no liability towards any copyright and/or trademark violations brought forward by the customers and/or any other parties. Please review our Terms of Use for detailed releases and liability limits.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall 48HourPromo.com or its affiliates, partners, other domains, sub-domains, mobile application(s), licencors, suppliers, vendors, officers, director, members, managers, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, profits, or business opportunities, whether or not 48HourPromo.com, has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site, failure to provide services that you order from 48HourPromo.com, or its affiliates, printing errors, or any other matter related to this contract, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, printing error, delay, or interruption of service. Customer Content General Terms
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other material (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not 48HourPromo.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you send, upload, post or transmit. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree to not use 48HourPromo.com to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything that 48HourPromo.com determines to be indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail/extortion; (iii) any matter advocating or urging the violation of liberties granted to living beings by their Creator; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any individual person; or (v) any Content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of 48HourPromo.com, or any third party. 48HourPromo.com does not control Content posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content. Under no circumstance will 48HourPromo.com be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. Products and services are provided for the Customer’s use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.
You acknowledge that 48HourPromo.com, does not pre-screen Content, but that 48HourPromo.com and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that 48HourPromo.com may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of 48HourPromo.com, its customers, users and/or the public. Order Approval
Customer is fully responsible for the creation and proofing of all content. 48HourPromo.com recommends and accepts print ready art. 48HourPromo.com is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:

Bleeds
Grammar
Fonts
Punctuation
Die Lines
Crop Marks
Transparency
Overprint
Finished Product Size
Wrong Telephone Number or Address
48HourPromo.com DOES NOT make any changes to Customer files.
Customer Submitted Artwork or Graphics
All images should be provided in RGB format at full scale. Files should be created with the proper RGB color profile on a properly calibrated computer screen for best color results. 48HourPromo.com is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in color space conversions.
All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 150 dpi and RGB color space. 48HourPromo.com, is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixelated due to Customer provided artwork. 48HourPromo.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to make sure the prints come out as good as they can.
Color Proofing and Matching
If there is a color you need matched, a PMS color code will need to be specified at time of order. We will not match any other color charts (paint charts, 3M vinyl charts, customer provided color charts, etc.). 48HourPromo.com is not liable for color matching or proofing files ordered without a color match specified in the 48HourPromo.com order process.
48 Hour Production Policy
Most orders placed by Midnight will ship in 48 hours and, if applicable, will be available for pick up in 48 hours. Custom jobs or jobs that require proofs won’t be considered as 48-Hour Production jobs and may require additional production time. In addition, large orders may require additional processing time.
Note that it is “most orders” that are available for 48 Hour Production and we do not guarantee that your job will go out the next business day. White we do make every accommodation to honor this turn around, various factors such as equipment failures, technical difficulties, or anything else outlines under “ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY” section of this document may affect our turnaround time.
All productions are due to be shipped out within 48 hours. Production begins when artwork has been finalized and approved and all monies have been paid.
Payment and Processing
48HourPromo.com will not process any order until we have received payment for it; that means that your credit card is charged when you place your order with us, not when it ships. We DO NOT keep your credit card information on hand for any reason, once it is charged it goes through our card processing third party(PayPal). We don't have access to your payment information.

PayPal Processing
If PayPal puts moneys on hold which we have received for your print order, the order does NOT begin its 48 Hour printing and shipping, explained under Production Policy, until all moneys have been released from PayPal into our PayPal account.
PayPal Verified
A verified seller has provided additional evidence of their identity to PayPal by passing key security checks and completing the PayPal Verification Process. Verification increases the overall security of the PayPal network because most buyers prefer to do business with verified sellers.

PayPal Confirmation
PayPal confirmation MUST be included in forms to finalize shipping and printing order. If there is no confirmation code included, we will try to contact you at that point in time. If there are no responds, please see abandoned shopping cart of PayPal moneys.
Abandoned Shopping Cart or PayPal Moneys
If a print product is paid for but the forms to complete the process have not been completed, this is considered a abandoned shopping cart and PayPal moneys. At that point, we will try to reach out to you via email. If there is no communication, the order is considered complete after 180 days of no activity and/or abandoned moneys.
Emails and Confirmations
Customer must be verified through email and PayPal confirmation code. If we can not contact the customer due to; lack of confirmation number and/or invalid email address, the production will not begin until we do so.
Non-Responding Emails
If to complete the process, we contact you and your email address is invalid and/or you have entered the wrong email address on the form, this will be considered an abandoned cart and money. Please see Abandoned Shopping Cart or PayPal moneys above.
General Shipping Policy
We ship all products nationally within 48 hours of final approval and print.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from the 48 hour print shipping.
Order Shipping and Delivery
48HourPromo.com, will always use commercially reasonable efforts to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall 48HourPromo.com, be liable for any direct or indirect, or any consequential or other damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.
All 48HourPromo.com, customer agree to not hold 48HourPromo.com, liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond 48HourPromo.com’s reasonable control. 48HourPromo.com’s shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers and are not guaranteed.
48HourPromo.com will always use commercially reasonable efforts to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and/or technical problems or other unforeseen events may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees, if any, will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty and related delay in delivery will not be grounds for order cancellation or refund.
48HourPromo.com will not be held liable for any and all “Acts of God” which may impede on our ability to process and ship your order. Acts of God include anything that is out of human control or prevention. This includes, but is not limited to, flooding, earthquakes, sudden loss of a key member of management, epidemics, plagues, tornadoes, hurricanes, rapid climate shift, fire, lightning strikes, or a change in the earth’s gravitational pull.
In addition, 48HourPromo.com will not be held responsible for any and all “Acts of Society” which may impede on our ability to process and ship your order. Acts of Society include anything that is created by other humans that is beyond out reasonable control. (of both the labor and management) and will hinder our work process. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of war, foreign invasion, acts of terrorism, heinous criminal acts (such as arson or murder), sabotage on our equipment, computers, or vehicles, bio terrorism, labor strikes, management lockouts, being denied physical entrance to our work place by any means ( a riot, mob, motor vehicle has crashed into our building, the building is surrounded by a blockade, etc.), or any changes in the local, state, federal, or global political spectrum and all legislative, executive, or judicial law enacted by these bodies that may affect our work.
48HourPromo.com can only use its own shipping account and will not use customer provided account numbers for any couriers. Orders must be shipped at whole quantities and may not be split up.
Shipping Errors and Lost Packages
Lost or damaged shipments must be reported to 48HourPromo.com immediately upon discovering the loss or damage. 48HourPromo.com is not responsible for 3rd part shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.
Shipping Address Policy
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the Customer in submitting the proper shipping address, 48HourPromo.com will reship the package with the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment if the package is returned to us. If the package is NOT returned to us the order is considered complete and final.
General Order Cancellation
48HourPromo.com will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to printing. Only those orders that have not been printed or where the printing process has not yet been started will be considered for cancellation. 48HourPromo.com is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our website/app and/or platform due to the Customer mistake.
Returns Policy
If you have any issues with your products, contact us right away and we will take care of you.
Technical Difficulties
In the event of technical difficulties pertaining to 48HourPromo.com, we cannot be held liable for any technical difficulties that are the result of error on the part of the hosting company, the upstream provider or the end user. Data center issues including any power outages or hardware failures can be faulted to the applicable data center. Customer issues including operating system faults, virus or spyware problems, and browser incompatibilities are not the responsibility our problem of 48HourPromo.com. We recommend that you keep all of your software and virus protection up to date to successfully avoid any issues.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason, as permitted by applicable law.
